Position 1: Head Legal & Company Secretary for Mumbai location

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated leader for Head Legal & CS position. The roles & responsibilities involve:

A) Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and review ongoing cases and advise management accordingly.
B) Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
C) Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.
D) Review and advise management draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
E) Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly.
F) Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the department.
G) Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers with a targeted reduction in litigation.

I) Monitor the external and internal legal spend with the objective of cost rationalization.

• CS with LLB degree from an accredited institute with minimum 5 years of experience.

The Opportunity:

• Strong understanding of Steel Making/SMS/Secondary steel making in terms of Plant Operations/Technical/Process etc. and application of Various Slag Conditioners (namely Calcium Aluminate, Briquette, High Al Slag conditioners etc.) in Steel making.
• Excellent process knowledge of EAF lining, design, operations & products. Process knowledge of producing Ferro Alloys will be of added advantage.

The Opportunity:

• Excellent working & process knowledge of EAF operations to achieve the best consumption parameters along with maximum production. EAF design & furnace lining knowledge is must for this role.
• Strong understanding of Steel Making (SMS)/Secondary steel making in terms of Plant Operations/Technical/Process etc.
• Process knowledge of producing Ferro Alloys (LCFC/HCFC) will be of added advantage.

The Opportunity:

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for equipment procurement and troubleshooting.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of leading business transformation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in process optimization.
Experience in digital transformation, automation, or Industry 4.0 implementation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of the mining or manufacturing industry is a plus.
