Runaya has entered into a joint venture with Minova, a 100% subsidiary of the Australian company Orica and world leader in underground tunnel and mining support systems with operations and markets all around the world. The JV will bring cutting-edge technology solutions to Indian and international mining and infrastructure sectors and currently a plant is being setup at Bhilwara, Rajasthan that will manufacture products including rock bolts, resin capsules, injection chemicals, wire mesh and high-quality ventilation systems.
We also have a manufacturing plant in Silvassa for the production of high technology products, including Fibre Reinforced Plastic rods. These find application in the telecommunication industry, and the bulk of the production will be for global markets.

Australian ground support services company Minova International and Runaya have formed a joint-venture to bring cutting-edge technology solutions to Indian and international mining and infrastructure sectors.
The joint-venture, Minova Runaya Pvt. Ltd (MRPL), combines Minova’s technical expertise and global reach with Runaya’s project and manufacturing capabilities, to manufacture and supply ground support products that delivers transformational enhancements in safety standards across mining, infrastructure and tunnelling applications in India.
MRPL is currently constructing a facility at Bhilwara in Rajasthan that will manufacture products including rock bolts, resin capsules, injection chemicals, wire mesh and high-quality ventilation systems, catering to both Indian and global markets.
Manufacturing of high technology Fibre Reinforced Plastic rods which find applications in the telecommunication industry including Fibre Optic Cables. This project is based in Silvasa and was commissioned in March 2021. The current installed capacity is 1 million kilometers.
FRP is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibres. The fibres are usually glass (in fibreglass), carbon (in carbon fibre reinforced polymer) or aramid. Fibre Reinforced Polymer rods are a key component of Optical Fibre cables as they provide structural strength to the cable and keep the optical fibre from getting damaged.
